How long are the contracts?
We will generally look to agree on a 3 to 5 year term but are flexible depending on your situation.

What happens at the end of the contract?
We will hand back the property in show home condition, no strings attached. Alternatively, we can agree to a further extension – it is completely up to you.

Who pays for bills, repairs and maintenance?
We have you covered - we pay the bills (council tax, energy etc.) and cover general repairs and maintenance. Larger issues and structural repairs (such as boilers replacements, damp, subsidence etc.) will need to be covered by the landlord.

What type of tenants will move into the property?
We look to support local businesses in providing accommodation for their professional employees.

What type of property do we look for?
We generally look to take on the end to end management of properties with 2 bedrooms or over.

Who pays for the cosmetic refurbishments?
We will pay for the cosmetic refurbishments if they are required, to give our professional tenants the best possible experience.

What do the cosmetic refurbishments include?
This will include painting, decorating and furnishing (furniture, blinds etc.) – the level of work will vary by property and be subject to agreement. It will not include major works such as new bathrooms, kitchens etc.
